HOW TO MAKE YOur own MAP

Make Your Own Maps using the map outlines!

SLIS has prepared a series of map templates that can be easily be altered and used by organisations to produce their own custom-made maps. A title, logo, text and table can be added and chiefdoms or districts shaded, as required.

The templates are made in Microsoft PowerPoint, but they can be imported into a number of programmes including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Instructions for shading in Powerpoint:
  • Select the area (s) to be shaded, right click and select Format Autoshape
  • Select the Colours and Lines tab and shade using the Fill options.
