A modern spacious
building. Ground floor already completed. Expecting next tranche
of Le 250 (million) work but this process is on hold as the
contractors have made a request for a review of the contract
cost as the cost of building materials has escalated far above
the original bill of quantities . Meanwhile works is on
standstill. |
