• We license and regulate all telecommunications operators and Service Providers in Sierra Leone,

• We promote Universal Access to basic Telecommunications Services for all,

• We ensure fair competition between operators, and affordable prices for consumers,

• We investigate and resolve disputes between service providers and between them and their customers to ensure fair practice,

• We encourage the expansion of investment in the industry for the benefit of all stakeholders.
